Welcome to Messy Church at Chudleigh Parish Church!
We usually meet each month on the 2nd Saturday afternoon of the month from 3.30pm till 5.30pm in the Parish Church. The afternoon starts with a drink and a biscuit when we have a chance to meet up and have a chat. This is often followed by a short video telling the bible story
Then for the next 45 minutes there are 8 different tables set up with activities to choose from based on the bible story /theme for the afternoon, you can see pictures of some of these if you scroll further down this page.
We then move into a time of CELEBRATION with lively SONGS and PRAYER.
The relevant bible story is shared, linking it with the activities that everyone has been doing earlier.
Finally, we all share together in our meal which again gives everyone time to have a chat and get to know each other.
Messy Church has proved to be extremely popular with around 100 people joining in our “Messy Church Family”.
